Early Moorcock miscelliana

I received this bibliography of Michael Moorcock's work from the time he was around 20 from, I think, John Eggeling who's an antiquarian bookseller in the UK. I don't really know where the bibliography was first published (if it indeed has been published) and I hope not to break any copyright laws. (If I do, please let me know in the comments.) I don't really know what * indicates, but I decided to leave them, if someone figures it out and has use for that knowledge. Michael Moorcock was the editor of both Tarzan Adventures and Sexton Blake Library in the late fifties and early sixties, which of course explains why there are so many items in both magazines in the list.
